Can I share a room with my friends?
If you want to be sure you're together, the best option is to book the whole room. We have options for 4, 8, 12 and 14. To count as a group you need at least 10 people.
How do I check in?
A few days before your booking you'll receive an email to complete the online check-in, so you don't have to wait at reception. By law we ask for full name, date of birth, nationality and ID; address and phone; arrival and departure dates with the assigned room; and the relationship to any minors where applicable. Adventure guarantees the security and confidentiality of that data.
Why is there a deposit and when is it returned?
A credit-card deposit is taken at check-in to ensure the facilities are looked after and everyone gets along. It is released on departure if everything is in order.
What if I arrive late for check-in?
Let us know by email or WhatsApp to keep your booking. If we don't hear from you before 08:00 the day after your expected arrival, we'll cancel it under its conditions.
How long can I stay?
The maximum stay is 14 nights, and at least two months must pass between consecutive bookings.
What's included in the room?
A private bathroom and shower inside, air conditioning, a wardrobe for your luggage, and pillow, duvet, sheets and towels (small and large) included.
We're a large group — can you quote us?
Yes. From 10 people you already count as a group, and from 16 we prepare quotes with special offers. Get in touch through the Groups section telling us how many you are, your dates and any special needs.
Do you really have a restaurant and a gym?
Yes, both inside the hostel. The bar-restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, with half-board and full-board options for groups, and the gym is available to guests.
