So this works for everyone

For everyone to get along, this is what we ask of every guest.

Before inviting your friends

If you want to stay together, book the whole room: we have rooms for 4, 8, 12 and 14. To count as a group you need at least 10 people. People from outside the hostel are not allowed in without this.

Check-in and check-out

A few days before arriving you'll get an email to complete the online check-in: fill in the form with your details and those of anyone travelling with you. This step is essential.

If you're going to arrive late, let us know by email or WhatsApp to keep your booking. If we don't hear from you before 08:00 the day after your expected arrival, we cancel the booking and charge according to its conditions.

Personal details: full name, date of birth, nationality and ID number.
Contact details: home address and phone number.
Stay details: arrival and departure dates and assigned room.
Relationship to any minors, where applicable.

Deposit and living together

At check-in we take a card deposit to ensure the facilities are looked after. It is released on departure if these rules are respected:

Do not damage, modify or move the hostel's furniture.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside.
Do not disturb other guests, including when coming back from a night out.
No excessive noise outside the permitted hours.
No pets, except guide dogs.
Respect the staff and the other guests.

Stay policy

The maximum stay is 14 nights, and at least two months must pass between consecutive bookings. It's what keeps the hostel open to everyone who arrives.
