🎸 Sound Isidro 2025 📆 3 May – 12 June

Sound Isidro is synonymous with authenticity, independent music and a unique connection with the artists. 🌿 Noches del Botánico 2025
📆 7 June – 31 July 📍 Real Jardín Botánico Alfonso XIII
Noches del Botánico combines nature and music in a stunning setting: the Real Jardín Botánico Alfonso XIII at the Complutense University. This festival is known for its relaxed and elegant atmosphere, offering memorable performances by renowned artists such as Fuel Fandango, Sílvia Pérez Cruz and Israel Fernández. The calm and sophisticated vibe under the stars makes it the perfect event for those looking to enjoy music in a serene and unique environment.
📆 10-12 July 📍 IFEMA – Valdebebas
Mad Cool Festival is the most anticipated music event of Madrid's summer, drawing tens of thousands of music fans from around the world each year. Located at IFEMA – Valdebebas, it boasts an impressive international line-up headlined by global stars like Dua Lipa, Pearl Jam and The Smashing Pumpkins. Three days of pure spectacle with multiple stages, gastronomic experiences, and an energy that will keep you on your feet until the early hours.
📆 15 August 📍 La Latina neighbourhood
This celebration is held in honour of the Virgen de la Paloma and takes place around 15 August in the La Latina neighbourhood. Before festivals with quirky names and €80 tickets, Madrid was already sweating joy in August with La Verbena de la Paloma. No glitter, no wristbands, just neighbours dancing chotis (a traditional Madrid dance), cold beer on the streets and music until dawn.
Because La Paloma can’t be bought. It’s lived.
Chulapos (traditional Madrid attire), lanterns, beers, wafers and popular rhythms take over the La Latina neighbourhood, blending traditional Madrid culture with an underground vibe. A must if you're staying at Adventure Hostel Madrid: it's just a stone's throw away... and a beat of rumba.
THE PERFECT POST-FESTIVAL PLAN
After experiencing these incredible festivals, Madrid keeps the fun going with unique plans: from rooftop terraces with stunning views, to street food in iconic neighbourhoods like Malasaña or Lavapiés, and after-parties where the music continues until dawn. To recover and recharge, there's nothing better than staying right in the heart of the action: Adventure Hostel Madrid, your starting and finishing point to keep enjoying the city.
