BEFORE INVITING OUTSIDE GUESTS
Please remember that you must book an entire room together with them.
We offer options for groups of 4, 8, 12, and 14 people to suit all your needs. To be considered a group, there must be a minimum of 10 people.
Outside guests are not permitted to enter the hostel unless this requirement is met.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT POLICIES
A few days before your stay, you will receive an email to complete your online check-in.
You must fill out the form with your details, as well as those of your companions, if applicable. This step is mandatory. If you are going to arrive late, you must notify us via email or WhatsApp to keep your reservation.
The required details are as follows:

Data security: ADVENTURE HOSTEL MADRID guarantees the security and confidentiality of our guests’ personal data.
If we do not hear from you by 08:00 AM on the day following your scheduled arrival, your reservation will be canceled and you will be charged according to the booking conditions.
You are more than welcome to arrive early to check in, and late check-out is available for an additional fee.

WHY WE REQUIRE A DEPOSIT
Adventure Hostel Madrid is more than just a place to sleep; it is a shared space where basic rules of respect and harmony must be followed. This includes:
- No damaging, modifying, or moving the hostel’s furniture or property.
- No smoking anywhere inside the facilities.
- No public intoxication or disturbing other guests, whether during quiet hours or during the day.
No storing or consuming food or drinks inside the bedrooms.
- No pets allowed, with the exception of guide dogs/service animals.
- No hanging objects from the balconies or throwing items out of the windows.
- No excessive noise outside of permitted hours.
- No bringing in outside guests (family or friends) without making the proper reservation.
To ensure these rules are followed, we require a security deposit of €15 per person, per stay, or €30 for weekly stays.
If all of these conditions are met and a pleasant environment is maintained at the hostel, the deposit will be refunded upon check-out.
Please note that the refund may take up to 7 days to process, depending on your bank.
